Laura Ramoso

Laura is an Italian-German comedian based in Toronto. Growing up, her mom’s job with the World Health Organization took their family all over the world and Laura lived in Cameroon, Azerbaijan, China, and Vietnam. She has amassed over a million followers online with her hit characters “German Mom,” “Italian Dad,” and "Girl who just got back from…". Laura was named a 2023 Just for Laughs New Face of Comedy - Characters. Laura brought her critically acclaimed solo-show FRANCES to the 2023 Edinburgh Fringe Festival where she sold out her entire month-long run. Laura is set to kick off her first international tour, starting with a sold-out two-week run at London’s Soho Theatre. Her on-screen credits include, WHAT WE DO IN THE SHADOWS (FX) and Showtime’s series, FELLOW TRAVELERS. She speaks Italian, French, German, and English.
