Whoever listens to GAZZI for the first-time sight unseenwould probably think the music comes from a UK garage. They would be surprised to know that emerging talent Pablo Jiménez hales from Linares, Jaén in Spain. Using Burial and Four Tet as reference points and inspirations taken straight from the dance floor, the sounds of post-dubstep, UK bass, deep house, dembow and breakbeat triumph in the Andalucian’s creations in his two albums, four EPs, and 6 singles that have been released thus far in his rising and intense musical career. After moving to Madrid, the artist has released hits like the newly out EP, CUTE. His talent has been taken to famous dance floors like Nitsa and Razzmatazz, and passed through key festivals like Primavera Sound, Sónar, Bilbao BBK Live, and Cala Mijas, and between all that his music was the soundtrack to the afterparty of the Dior fashion show in Sevilla and he released edits of Rosalía’s Despechá, Charli XCX, Taylor Swift, and Drake.
